President Mulino has reached an agreement with SecState Rubio, pursuant to which Chinese port-operations contracts will not be renewed. This is a win for Trump, whose saber-rattling gave our ally Panama (Mulino) the negotiating strength to cut these ties with China.
Also a win for Michael Yon, IMO - who relentlessly beat the drums about China's involvment, and Mulino's being receptive to US diplomatic overtures. Darien Gap closure/clean-up next, with suspension of Chinese bridge&road-building.
