Wow - I heard that same interview on the DJ podcast and was blown away! I've sent that link to many people it was so intriguing. I also am devouring The blogs on Dr Kruse' site on line. Thanks for sharing that with so many!
And from what I’ve heard recently, skip the sunglasses on the sunlit walks. I worked as an ophthalmic tech for many years and the doctors always preached that everyone should wear sun protection and they linked sun exposure to so many things such as cataracts and macular degeneration. Years later, these very doctors encouraged their techs (even those with acquired immunity) to get the bioweapon jab. As you can imagine, I now question just about everything I’ve ever heard them say.
I'm with ya. I've come to appreciate the sunlight. Especially since the dimming began. And that is coming from a guy who loves the rain and fog. And there is not much better than a long hike out on a trail. Agreed! But no sad music or rap crap? Awww come on! I wanna be happy, but not all the time. And sometimes I'm only happy when it rains. And some of the truest music I know is rap. Listen to this track in '97 that lays it all out. Society by Problemz. From Lyricist Lounge with all them underground cats. Just remember there are no crappy genres, just crappy artists.
What sun, is there to be had, when blocked by Arial assault?
A simple antidote to the trials of life, yet so profound!
A great post.
Totally correct. Clean up your life and walk.
Solution-oriented. Thank you.
Love it....
That photo always gets me. Let’s not forget especially the babies

Wonderful advice!
Don’t forget to walk without shoes or slippahs. Feel the earth and be grounded!
Sunlight keeps the earth alive. Soaking up the sunlight is good for the body and the soul. Sunlight is the best medicine. No prescription necessary.
Awesome Michael, just awesome!

Absolutely true. Sungazing early in the morning for eight months dialed my near-sightedness back five prescriptions........and counting.
- A great deal of what western science preaches about the sun with regard to the body is a lie.

I agree, I hate it when people lump all rap music together. There is some seriously conscious and uplifting hip-hop out there!
Not a wonder when the PLANNEDdemic hit the bought out scumbag medical personnel said to AVOID sunlight altogether...
Thx Mike, excellent post …
