Water consists of 2Hydrogen + Oxygen. Nothing more, nothing less. No lithium, no sodium, no gold, no dirt from the streets. Just Hydrogen + Oxygen in the proper ratio. Nothing more. Nothing less.
"Experimental vaccine" is double lie. Lithium + sodium does not water make. No evidence has been presented that these weapons are experimental. The weapons are not vaccines. The gobs are not MRNA "therapy".
