This is going to be really difficult to stop because: 1. it brings in incredible sums of money to PPP, nations, "charities", "non-profits", local, state and Federal as well as international clandestine child trafficking networks. There are religious groups at every level who rape, and ritually sacrifice children. This goes on at the highest levels and it goes on at localities.
