But would you really committ yourself to become part of an insurgency not knowing if theres 50 or 50 million already in the ranks ? The development is a cesspool with poor infrastructure inc. Inadequate drainage/sewerage. This is in an area that floods terribly! I've been seeing numerous sources reporting this happening; including cells, service, housing (incl 4 star hotels), utilities, transportation, credit for vehicle purchase, food, credit cards, food stamp cards, pretty much everything.
