This man is being called a Gringo but he was born in Panama and also a lawyer in Panama. WTF!!! This is a set up against the American and putting everyone in danger.

1. Why didn't police put the suspect in cuffs? Literally walked him into the police car. That's not protocol.

2. 1st victim didn't splatter after being hit. it did appear there was a small stream in the street after he was 'shot'.

3. I didn't see ANY blood from the 2nd victim. No pooling on the street or streaming out of his chest/shirt area.

This is a poor quality video. Seems very awkward to me.

The Panamanian attorney that shot the two protesters is a Zonian - not an “American expat” no as local news falsely reported.

His name is Kenneth Darlington,

Of the law firm Mossack Darlington & Associates.

Photos on his website show him hugging the President and Vice President of Panama- and to make matters seem even more sinister- he is a lawyer for the mining company !!

A provocateur we call that- or a shit- disturber if your less dainty, deliberately stirring up trouble to give cause for law enforcement to act.

He is not an American- he is a Spanish-speaking Panamanian and a lawyer to boot.

We hope they throw the book at him.

Most expats are on the side of the protesters, despite the hardships these protest present.

It is totally unfair to put expats safety at risk by false reporting- do your job journalists !!

No wonder people claim fake news. It’s not just fake- it’s lazy!!

Thank you so much Michael because you are the only one bringing this to light. Without your reporting on Panama we'd have no idea things are this serious. It is a critical country for so many reasons and the Panama Canal is critical to the entire world for the movement of goods.

I noticed in your article recently about the letter from the Chinese company "One" regarding them warning Panama that they may have to make other arrangements for the movement of their cargo ships due to the lack of water level in the locks.

I found it very interesting that the name of this company is ONE just like One Health, etc. etc.

Between X and One, it's getting very creepy to say the least. May God keep His hedge of protection around you, anyone working with or in same areas of reporting and all your loved ones. These are perilous times.

Come on Mike, tells us your plan for saving our Republic legally? You gotta have something to offer better than lettuce in Panama. I asked you this question almost a months ago Mike! You ignored it. We want to know. You're not answering hard questions and it makes you look like controlled opposition.

What can 79 million grown adult Trump voters legally do today to help save our Republic? Shop for vegetables in Panama?

Having lived here >23 years, I love all the armchair quarterbacks out there. Where I live is known as the bread basket of Panama, so everything grown here feeds all of Panama. Michael, how long has the PanAmerican Hwy been open? In all that time, why hasn't the road been completed through the Darien? There are a couple of reasons, but primarily the indigenous there threatened to kill anyone coming to work on it. You have been there, seen the jungle. It grows too fast to keep a road open, IF one could be built in that terrain. There will be no road built through there, no matter who promises one.

And no one has mentioned:

1. The shooter is related by marriage to Panama's VP,

2. The president left Panama about 10 day ago,

3. The VP's mother is a land holder in the mine's vicinity and figures to financially benefit,

4. If the Sup. Ct. rules the contract unconstitutional before Nov. 30, President Cortizo won't be able to collect his next $1.5M payment, and

5. If they rule it constitutional, anarchy comes to Panama.

Yes, the expand (one of whom isn't the shooter) support the Panamanians who are FINALLY fed up with all the corruption.

The shooter's cedula shows he was born in Colon, NOT the Zone! He attended Balboa High School in the Zone, but wasn't born there!

Good take on the CHINA/CCP & BIDEN-CIA angle, all is about the pivot to ASIA and CIA moving their offices to CHINA< once the USD implodes

Just like burning down LAHAINA a few months ago, and now Panama, that was SAUDI money, and same here, while cui-bono is CHINA the investor is 100% SAUDI

That this old dude is standing in the middle of the road waving his pistol, with dozens of young studs walking behind and around him and no one even rushing him, was enough for me to put this story in the Fiction section.

It’s also interesting that at 1:22 steady filming ceases, then breaks to a man lying in the road, people screaming, and then a shot rings out. With everyone there having his iPhone whipped out, no one captured the actual shots hitting the “victims?”

And if you’re going to fake something like this, at least have the ketchup handy to make it look realistic.

This scene has the look of a JRTC scenario.

Yup it’s a tinder box down there and they were just waiting for someone to light the match! Have you heard about the weapons headed for Central America?

I have 5 videos, 2 of which clearly show him shooting both men. The woman prancing back & forth in front of him can be heard taunting him, "Why don't you shoot? Why don't you shoot"?

If Panama is the key to stability in the whole region then

With the Panama canal’s low water level , the Darien Gap’s flooding population that is overwhelming to such a small country and this present mining of copper .

It’s up to the Panamanian people the country of Panama coming together as one heart with virtuous courage , compassion , and wise direction for the sake of humanity .

The shooter was born in the Canal Zone. He is Panamanian. His cedula proves this as all expats have an E preceding the numbers that follow. I reside in Panama and have legal residency.

Yep, this will be the excuse they have been waiting for to go south Africa on the whites south of the border. Not just Panama, all of Central and South America.
