IDIOTS!!!! Anybody who has had an open door policy to migrants had loads of problems at the very least. I don't care about outside influences articles etc. Study history and name one country that was the better for it.

Michael. You are missing the Spanish versions of the following Decree Articles: 8,9,11,15, & 16. It may be due to the manner in which the copies were made. That being said, with some minor exceptions on the Spanish-to-English translation, your human translator provided you an overall accurate translation. Screwed up on assigning values to the categories on the tables in an organized fashion.

Now, to my second part notwithstanding pure translation, but rather insights. If anyone has ever tried to do some of these foreign work permit steps, it’s actually set up to do one of two things. One, get the real producers incorporated into becoming a tax paying Panamanian, inputting into the Panamanian system to add to their coffers rather than to drain. Or, two, catch non-productive ones in the net of regulations to get them on a watchlist of sorts (example: criminal background checks). You may disagree, but that’s what this Humanitarian Protection Permit/work permit is about. Btw, you paid too much money for this translation.

This sounds like a slippery Slope. 🤔 It is slavery. When USA is trying to get out of admirality and into law of the land this stuff rings off key. What banks are profiting from this when banks are being exposed as banksters and thieves in corrupt dealings. Is this an opportunity for China to line up soldiers to conquer quietly? It feels like a Trojan Horse.

Definitely some foreign money behind this.

China or the U.N/Central Bank Families/BIS?

Would wager it's both as they conspire and profit.

U.S. NEEDS TO REMOVE ITSELF FROM THE U.N.

Without the U.S. and its money, there is NO U.N.

just as there is no war in Ukraine and other places.

Applicants must have already been present in Panama for one year, and the fees are fairly steep for someone who doesn’t already have work authorization (although likely subsidized by the UN and/or NGOs, I’m guessing). Are there many “migrants” likely to take advantage of this program? Is Panama maintaining adequate border security to prevent more floods from entering? The UN term “irregular migration” (which stands for illegal entry, and/or human smuggling) and the reference to the Sustainable Development Goals indicate this is a UN-inspired program. No bueno.

I do not understand the allegation against this document and what it says. Does it not simply create a formal framework for people to apply for a work permit in Panama? The only part I see missing is some type of cap on the number of applications than will be accepted per year. Is that the concern? Given the amount of money that needs to be paid for each person to apply for a work permit it looks to me like a way to cover the cost of processing them. It also does not stop said workers from being taxed to pay for their social services and it will set up a framework to document people as they pass through if that's what they're doing. I guess I need it explained to me like I'm in junior high (which I am).

Michael thanks for this I have read through it and I'm an attorney and there is nothing in here that gives them the right to enter our country now if there's corruption taking place between our border agents and theirs then that's a different story but in terms of this decree all this does is allow people to migrate into their country after they pay and show documents blah blah so I see you're concerned that they're building up this huge mass of people that it seems like would be entering our country and maybe they are but I like to see something on our end that gives them permission to enter cuz I don't think it exists excited because it like

Agreed. I think he's talking about the native population of Panama being replaced. He's probably thinking of the Chinese entering Panama and staying.

Sigh. I don't know much about Panama except the pictures he shows us and a friend who went on a Panama Canal cruise said the poverty was shocking. I wonder how much open space Panama has, and if there is, in fact, room for all of these people there. Could be that the President of Panama is trying to reseed the country and/or that he is on the take with the Chinese so that they can make their way into our country. I wonder how much of this was spurred on by Trump saying we were going to take Panama back. Either way, it makes me nervous. Chinese are also amassed in Canada over Washington, and Obama GAVE them our island off the coast of Canada. What's more (on that side of the Country), Californians report that the coast inland is so populated with Chinese that you would think you were in China. Also, off the Florida coast out into the Bahamas the Chinese have built a HUGE base....so they are taking care to surround us. Say hello to civil war at the same time as a foreign war.

To understand why Panama is doing this first disregard all their words, second look at what monies have or are or will change hands. Should then be obvious why they are doing this.

I have permanent residency in Panama. That being said many people will not qualify for the visa being put forth in this new law. They won't have the correct documents. They won't come from a country that keeps records on criminality. So much eyewash nowadays. I know the Panamanians won't like this idea.

Not sure what I think of the policy, seems to be more of a problem for Panama. Seems that the people applying would have to be workers and not just taking advantage of the governments social system. How the immigrants can make the money to pay the fees would be the first hurdle. Unless they did something criminal in which case if they get caught thy would not be able to apply. The people applying would be working and living in

Panama, I might be more concerned if I was a Panamanian, and they were taking away jobs from the Panama population. Still not sure how I feel about this. Am I missing a key part to this new legislation, or something sly here? Please let me know, I am not in wanting to read it twice. Seriously let me know if you see something I am not recognizing.

Is there a worker shortage in Panama?

When modern culture tries to work with primitive culture, it rarely ends well for one or the other, sometimes both. God divided people after the fall of Babylon by design. People should stop defying the will of God.
