This is no joke! I live near this Colony Ridge Development. I retired from the local electric utility company and presently work for a utility design company that does the electrical layouts for this place.
It is real and it has been under development for 8 - 10 years. It has caused a huge burden on the local school district. If you drive thru this area you will see it is mostly poverty stricken. Many homes are shipping crates converted to living quarters and dilapidated mobile homes moved on to their lot. Some are not so bad but most are the poorest of the poor. They bring many children to be enrolled in the schools but add little to the tax base that supports the district. The area that Michael shared via his video is only the newest sections that are vacant for now, but what he didn't show is the many many acres of already developed sections that are already occupied. They are truly taking over this country without firing a shot!

A bit off topic, I live in Homer AK. My friend manages a small commuter airline here. Last week two "Homeland Security" official's came by and said to be on the "lookout" for Chinese nationals who may be or are infiltrating AK. Why the fake hypocrisy when they know they're flooding the border (with their help) and CCP has infiltrated our institutions such as college campuses? I'd like to know your thoughts on this.
Who has been hired to build the housing structures? Who is footing the bill for the community when it’s completed and occupied? Any ideas about how the road, building maintenance, trash collection and utility payments will be billed and how the payments will be made? Contracts and agreements should be in place at this stage of the development. These things will be in plain sight soon.
