Just a note I sent to some doctor friends this morning:
Interesting potential typhus outbreak during 1816 food crisis in USA after the 1815 Tambora eruption. Not bathing or changing clothes is a specific pre-condition that occurs during war/famine that contributes to tremendous epidemic typhus. The cult briefly described in this book formed contemporaneous to the 1816 food crisis.
According to this book, dozens of cult members died of “fever.” Typhus fever is one of the great Famine Fevers. Spread by “cooties.” Lice. The game “cooties” is to teach children to avoid typhus. Separately, at other times and places, similar happened with Catholics/other groups during times when they would not bathe or change clothes due to walls of belief. Typhus travels from war and famine as smoke travels from fire. Some religious and other groups are more susceptible to epidemic typhus as result of practices. When these global famines unfold, count on epidemic typhus — where will we get the antibiotics? As fire creates fire, war creates war, and pandemic creates pandemic — CCP could see epidemic typhus outbreak if their economy collapses. Typhus travels at the speed of people
Thank you Michael. This is fascinating. Very interesting times we’re in, so glad I love to read.
Your efforts to illuminate the coming miseries and inspire humans to prepare, is appreciated and shared by this one. Blessings and continue to Go with God!
