yeah move to Thailand?. Mr. Casey and his bunco team will set you up there for a fat consulting fee. or Uruguay their partner in Crime Michael Smith , will gladly , get you "inside" so you don't get ripped off by other crooks, so PAY them for access, ( thousands of $$$) since these guys , know everything in these Banana republics OR you could do a little work on your own and go down there and gain better knowledge for free. always be aware of those who "know" and will sell you their half baked "knowledge", via a newsletter or some other "proprietary" publications. that will steer you right into their networks of fellow thieves , ( attorneys etc) who take a nice piece of your wealth for their "services" . the THEIR RE developers who be happy to sell you pieces of land, for which you are not allowed to put in plumbing, unless you pay another referral to get that done. if these guys were so smart and inside why do they ned to keep writing these newsletters, which they make a tidy profit rather than worry about their OWN deals to make $$$$. in summary SA is a den of Vipers who look for stupid Yankees to rip off . do your own research
