The photo attached is from just near the Rio Grande a couple of days ago. These wrist bands are used by brutal cartels to signify which humans have paid to be trafficked. We found many wristbands on the Texas side and collected those to give to Senators and Representatives next week in Washington, DC., where I am heading to make a presentation. Notice the tiny size of this trafficking bracelet. Was this for another kidnapped child being sold to American sex-trafficking wrings? We never will know. Childrens clothing including underwear were just nearby.
